The place was just dirty, the room looked like it hadn’t had a good cleaning in a while. The breakfast was fair, at 7 am had ran out of items. I definitely wouldn’t rate it an 8, it’s more like a 4.

the building is old but the family who runs it has done a great job renovating and are still working on it. the rooms are updated and clean, the staff is wonderful and the pool is lovely warm. i would stay there again.

Our room on the 2nd floor (#247) was just okay. The carpet either needs a deep clean or is about ready for replacement. The bathroom was fine and the bed was comfortable. Probably the worst thing was the coffee in the morning was terrible and we are not picky about coffee (it didn't even taste like Folgers, etc.) and the eggs and breakfast potatoes were bad. We would not recommend this hotel unless they serve decent coffee and edible eggs.

Was so happy to see a pleasant hotel.

We arrived at the hotel a few minutes before check-in road weary and were greated by a sweet lady who gave us our keys. The hotel was cheery, clean and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not come orepared to enjoy the pool or hot tub. We would stay there again if spending the night in Trinidad, CO.

They have a large suite with 2 Queen and 1 sofabed, very convenient as we had a family trip and stopped 1 night. Hotel needs updates, but facility is very clean and right off I-25, staff very friendly.
