The room was super outdated. The room smelled funny. The hvac was outdated and couldn’t stay at a consistent temperature. The linens were dirty. There was a long black hair on the towel that I dried off with that stuck to my skin. More long black hairs in the shower. The water temperature was great!

Everyone we met on the staff was great. The breakfast was good, but really just basic. The hot tub was nice, but had some bugs floating in it. The room was clean. The only issue we had was there was a safety bar for the tub/shower that was outside the tub on the shower head end of the tub next to the toilet. It really is not safe to enter a tub on the shower head end of the tub when you have to climb around the toilet too. There were no safety bars in the shower and the tub had very sloped sides and was extremely slick. I felt it was very unsafe especially for children or elderly people.

I’ve stayed at this Trinidad hotel roughly once per year over the past 10-12 years. This hotel always delivers. The large atrium is a nice area in which to relax, with a swimming pool and comfy couches, coffee tables, & chairs. The front-desk staff is personable and highly competent. The hotel rooms are very clean and their furnishings are nice and in good shape. The bang-for-buck return on this hotel is huge. I *highly* recommend this place as a stopping point along I-25. Plus Trinidad is a funky, interesting little town that’s worth exploring for a day or two.

The room and facility was very updated! I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was mostly clean. There was a cigarette burn on my comforter, in a non smoking room but the room was clean. Honestly - for the price I would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and suitable. Pool was cold, hot tub was luke warm. Outside doors to the building (coming in from parking lot) were not locked, anyone from outside can get into the corridors of the building. We definitely felt somewhat unsafe as our room was near an outside entrance.

I stayed here for 2 nights a business work trip. I'll definitely come back next weekend. Rooms were very clean beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that there was no hot sauce at the breakfast. I'll definitely be bringing my own bottle and I bet other people will ask for some too. haha. Very friendly staff. A+
