Our single cottage with panoramic sea view terrace, open kitchen and living room is fully furnished. It has a double bedroom with sea view and a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower + outdoor relaxation shower, barbecue, air conditioning and heating, private parking space. The house is located just 150m from the service center including restaurant, supermarket, newspapers and tobacconists, bar, fish shop and other services. In the immediate vicinity are the beach of Li Cossi, La Sorgente and Li Baietti.

Amazing sunsets!

Many happy hours were spent watching the sun set into the sea, with the balcony and view being the highlight. The property is fairly small and basic with one aircon unit in the lounge/diner and is a bit tired but we would still recommend for a family holiday (as long as you are fit enough for the 60+ steps). The area is stunning with superb snorkelling (especially Cala Sarraina)! Note that while there is a small and very expensive shop nearby, St Teresa has a good range of decent supermarkets.

Fantastic views, great villa

Villa was very well presented, very clean and well equipped. Stefano was brilliant with his help and communication before and during our stay. The view from the terrace of the sea, shoreline and sunset is spectacular. The 'resort' has a good range of shops and restaurants within walking distance (although the lack of pavements makes further exploration on foot a little scary). We explored all across the north of the island from the villa and found it a pleasure to return and relax on the terrace in to the evening. Recommended. Grazie Stefano!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche (im Mai) in dieser ruhigen, sauberen Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft wurde gut und genau beschrieben. Die Betten waren für uns genau richtig, da eher etwas härter. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil und man muss eine Treppe bewältigen, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genossen.

Sehr schöne Ferienhaus

Sehr schöne Strände, tolle Terrasse. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, sogar mit Gewürzen,Öl etc. Grosser Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Alles in allem tolles Ferienhaus. Das einzige was wir etwas schade fanden, man benötigt für alles ein Auto. In der Anlage hat es einen Supermarkt mit einer guten Auswahl. Weniges ist direkt ab Ferienhaus zu Fuss möglich. Wir sind 2 x zum Strand gelaufen, dauert ca. 30 min. Man geht jedoch auf der Strasse. Es hat jedoch in der Umgebung viele schöne Fuss- und Wanderwege. Um die Wohnanlage herum hat es Wildschweine, sind friedlich und bleiben immer etwas auf Abstand. Sind süss zum Beobachten und sogar mit den Katzen der Umgebung befreundet. Unserem Hund waren sie eher unheimlich.

Ferienwohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir haben zehn Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick war fantastisch, jeden Morgen haben wir mit Meerblick gefrühstückt. Das Haus war sehr ruhig, die Ausstattung gut. Ausgehend von der Ferienwohnung haben wir Richtung Norden und Süden viele Strände erkunden können. Als Reaktion auf vorherige Bewertungen: Manchmal hatten wir Ameisen auf der Terasse, aber nie viele und mit einmal kehren war alles schnell wieder behoben. Im Haus hatten wir nie welche. Der Check-In / Check-Out verlief problemlos, die Kommunikation war freundlich und unkompliziert. Eine kleine Verbesserung würde ich vorschlagen: Ein extra Mülleimer im Bad würde den Tagesablauf etwas unkomplizierter machen. Wir waren gerne in dem Ferienhaus zu Gast! Viele Grüße!

Sonnenaufgang und Mee(h)r

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum, jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genossen, die tollen Badebuchten mit Aquariumfeeling getestet...einfach alles ist zu empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist mega nett, wenn auch nur per WhatsApp, immer für uns da. Jeder Urlaubstag ein Genuss....:-)

Kleines Paradies

Dieses bezaubernde Haus hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse, die mit spektakulären Panoramablick glänzt. Im Haus hat man alles was man benötigt. Einziges Manko aber dafür kann keiner was, das ist halt häufig in Sardinien sind die Ameisen, die eine richtige Plage sind. Weiterhin sollte man bei diesem Haus wissen, das die 40 Stufen zu bewältigen sind, was aber eher als Fitness für mich war. Es gibt auch nette Wildschweine, die direkt unter der Terrasse durchlaufen, was vor allem für Kinder interessant ist. Die Tiere sind ungefährlich und total interessant zu beobachten. Vielen Dank an Margherita und Stefano für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Wunderschön

Wir schließen uns den vorausgegangen guten Bewertungen an. Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Wir waren Anfang Oktober für 10 Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Um es in den Worten meiner elfjährigen Tochter auszudrücken : " Man fühlt sich hier gar nicht fremd". 😊 Die Sonnenuntergänge waren spektakulär und der Blick von der Terrasse auf's Meer sehr schön. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um von dort den Norden der Insel zu erkunden. Der Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar und man lernt nebenher noch ein wenig italienisch. 😉 Die Betreuung per WhatsApp durch Margherita war super. Vielen Dank nochmals für diesen netten Kontakt. Danke für eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche

In unserem ersten Sardinienurlaub sind wir spontan auf dieses wundervolle Kleinod gestoßen. Wir können gar nicht aufhören mit schwärmen und Superlativen zu finden. Alles war so, wie wir es uns erträumt hatten. Angefangen von der Kommunikation mit Margherita im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts. Alles war bestens beschrieben und mit Videos erklärt. Sie stand uns jederzeit schnell und flexibel bei Fragen zur Seite. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. So fiel es uns überhaupt nicht schwer abends selbst zu kochen, um bei dieser grandiosen Aussicht mit einem leckeren Abendessen und einem Glas Wein die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen. Wir sind überaus dankbar, dass ihr diese himmlische Idylle mit uns teilt und freuen uns, wenn wir im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen dürfen.

Traumhaft

Wunderschöne Fewo

Es war ein absolut perfekter Urlaub. Die Weg Beschreibung zum Haus, sowie die Einweisung in technische Dinge waren super. Das Haus war genauso, wie in der Bewerbung und den Fotos. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Besonders haben wir den Ausblick von der Terrasse genossen. Wunderbare Aussicht und alles, was man braucht

Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung ganz begeistert. Sie hat alles, was wir für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt benötigen. Die Küche verfügt neben dem Kühlschrank auch über einen Gefrierschrank. Wir konnten uns durch den Herd und den Außengrill wunderbar selbst versorgen. Es gibt aber auch tolle Restaurants - in der Ferienanlage direkt sind sie ggf. etwas teurer, aber das Essen ist gut. Die Terrasse war einfach wunderbar - jeden Abend konnten wir einen spektakulären Sonnenuntergang genießen. Alles war auch sehr sauber, als wir ankamen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin per Whatsapp hat sehr gut funktioniert und sie stand uns jederzeit mit Hilfe, Tipps etc. zur Verfügung.
