Independent three-room apartment: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (possibility of a double bed), 2 single sofa beds, bathroom completely renovated at the end of 2018, large panoramic terrace facing the sea with barbecue, view of Corsica and Asinara.
Cool, windy hillside location in the "Belvedere" area, the most panoramic of Costa Paradiso. Service center 100 meters away with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, newsstands, laundry, shops, etc.

Supplied with washing machine, barbecue, fridge, freezer and parking space, sheets and towels.

Recommended for those looking for a relaxing holiday in a wonderful nature, for those who want to fully enjoy the beauty of Sardinia by having breakfast on a terrace overlooking the sea, enjoying beautiful sunsets and sleeping cool without the need for air conditioning.
It is not recommended for those who want to travel exclusively on foot and want all the comforts and services, such as super-equipped beaches and entertainment.

The apartment is located in the "Le Pleiadi" complex, in the panoramic and most served area of Costa Paradiso.

Going down from the house to 1 km there are the coves of Costa Paradiso, Le Sorgenti. To get to the beach, Li Cossi, instead there is a scenic route on the rocks. Around Costa Paradiso, both towards Santa Teresa and Castelsardo, there are dozens of splendid beaches to explore.
The area does not offer much from the point of view of evening and local entertainment, for which you have to move to Santa Teresa or Castelsardo.

From Costa Paradiso, Santa Teresa di Gallura, CAstelsardo, La Maddalena, the Natural Park of Asinara, Caprera, the Gallura archaeological sites, Corsica, Costa Smeralda, Stintino, and the ports of Porto Torres and Olbia are within easy reach.

Splendida vacanza, casa posizionata in modo splendido con vista mare mozzafiato, confortevole ideale per famiglie e coppie. Fresca anche di pomeriggio permette pranzi, silenziosissima di notte.

Terrazza con vista mare

Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato con un altra coppia di amici per 7 notti in questo appartamento, nonostante il paesino un po povero e non molto giovanile abbiamo passato una bella vacanza. L'appartamento offre una spaziosa terrazza con vista sul mare dove abbiamo potuto godere di meravigliosi tramonti. Camere da letto non molto spaziose soprattutto la secondaria ma pur sempre vivibili. L'immobile é dotato dell'indispensabile. La Signora Anna insieme alla mamma sono sempre state gentili e disponibili. Unica pecca per raggiungere le spiagge bisogna prendere per forza l'auto.
