At the pool, there are sunbeds and a perfect area for relaxing and sunbathing. The pool is reserved exclusively for the guests of the Giorgia and Vittoria villas, ensuring comfort and privacy.

The villa is spread over a single level and includes two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds – a large bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed offering additional sleeping space, and a shared area with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything needed for cooking. From the living room, guests can directly access the furnished veranda, which offers a splendid view of the sea.

The villa also has a large private courtyard with a dining area and a barbecue. A private parking area is also available.
