Well placed. Easy to get to some beautiful spots along the coast. Tranquil and peaceful, great views from the pool across the hills. Lovely pool. Maria was lovely too.

Eccellente soggiorno (5 stelle)Abbiamo trascorso due settimane meravigliose nella casa di Mariolina. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare la zona, la casa era pulita, ben attrezzata e molto accogliente. Il giardino è un piccolo angolo di paradiso, ideale per rilassarsi. Mariolina è stata un’ospite gentilissima e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Das Objekt liegt ca 2500m vom Meer entfernt. Das nächste Haus ist ca 1500m entfernt, also eine sehr ruhige Alleinlage. Wir haben dies sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin Mariolina ist sehr freundlich und hat alle Anfragen in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Sie lebt mit ihrer Mutter auf dem Anwesen.

Logement dans un bel environnement

Rez de maison bien aménagé, il faudrait quand même songer à remplacer ou réparer les choses vétustes, prévoir des triplettes car une seule prise électrique, située à la porte, dans une chambre pour 4, c’est compliqué à gérer, et aussi préciser dans l’annonce que l’eau n’est pas potable. Au final, bon séjour malgré une impression de laisser-aller. La fille des propriétaires a tenté de gérer au mieux et nous a prodigué de bons conseils. Le tarif reste fort élevé mi-septembre pour le niveau de standing proposé.

Bellissima location

Bellissima posizioni a pochissimi minuti da spiagge favolose. Tutto come da descrizione dell’annuncio senza sorprese… eravamo in 8 persone (2 famiglie). Piscina splendida con adiacente campo da tennis .. tutto perfetto. Signora Mariolina disponibilissima e sempre attenta a qualsiasi esigenza. Speriamo di tornarci !

Sehr ruhiger Ort mit viel Platz zum Entspannen

Wir waren zu viert und hatten viel Platz im Haus und auf der Terrasse zum Entspannen und Essen. Der Pool war perfekt und groß. Ohne Auto geht fast gar nichts. Schöne Strände in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich in einer Pannensituation mit unserem Auto.

Splendida vacanza

La porzione di casa è spaziosa e ben arredata e dotata di quanto necessario. La piscina ben tenuta e c'è tutto il necessario per la grigliata. Il posto richiede l'uso della macchina, ma è strategico per raggiungere diverse spiagge nei dintorni (7-10 minuti in auto). La zona è isolata, adatta a chi ama la quiete, ma a 8 minuti si trova Isola Rossa per un'eventuale serata. Stupende le spiagge di Costa Paradiso ma anche Li cossi, Monte Rossu etc. Mariolina persona accogliente e sempre disponibile, anche con famiglia numerosa. Rapporto prezzo-qualità corretto. Speriamo un giorno di tornare!

Nuestras vacaciones en Cerdeña

La propiedad esta excelente muy bien equipada , con una piscina enorme y muy limpia , el lugar es muy tranquilo especial para vacacionar con familia , a 800 metros tiene un excelente restaurant y cerca hay playas donde los perros son bienvenidos , la relacion del precio con la propiedad es perfecta , pero destaca por sobre todas las cosas la amabilidad de su propietaria , que a pesar de vivir en la parte de arriba de la casa uno tiene la sensacion total de privacidad y cuando se necesita ella esta , mas que como una relacion comercial como familia , muy bien todo , recomendable , sobre todo para gente que quiere estar un poco alejada del bullicio de las vacaciones , gracias Maria y seguramente hasta la proxima

Casa muy bonita, pero algo aislada

La casa es muy bonita, pasamos unos días muy lindos, realmente esta en medio de la naturaleza. Las vistas a la montaña y a lo lejos el mar. La casa está bien equipada y con comodidades. Pero sería ideal si se habilitara la piscina para los niños. Al estar tan aislada y lejos del mar habría sido ideal. Solo mencionaría los colchones que no han sido del agrado para alguno de los huéspedes, especialmente las camas grandes. En general todo ha ido muy bien! La propietaria muy amable y simpática.

Vacanza bellissima!! La casa ha rispecchiato le esigenze di tutti, grandi, piccoli, ragazzi e pelosi. Nella spaziosa veranda abbiamo organizzato pranzi e cene in totale tranquillità. Soggiorno incantevole!

Appartamento riservato, grande e confortevole, con una bellissima area esterna coperta e attrezzata che abbia usato ogni giorno! Accoglienza senza pari da parte della disponibilissima proprietaria. Posizione tranquilla immersa nella campagna ma poco distante da spiagge da sogno, servizi e svago. Ci tornerei!

Soggiorno Piacevolissimo

La casa è molto bella e funzionale. Comoda la posizione. Vicino alle spiagge ma allo stesso tempo immersa nella natura in una zona tranquilla.Tomaso e Mariolina sono simpaticone molto disponibili. Bellissimo soggiorno. Casa assolutamente consigliata per soggiorno con la famiglia.

Calme et tranquillité

Grande maison dans le maquis à 10 minutes en voiture de la plage. Propriétaires très gentils et discrets qui vivent dans la partie supérieure de la maison. Leur jardin est à la disposition des locataires avec terrain de tennis, hamacs et panier de basket. Le ménage est néanmoins un peu sommaire (géré par une agence) et la literie serait a renouveler...
