In the heart of the Cantal mountains, this characterful house offers a peaceful, rejuvenating setting for a relaxing stay with friends or family. Ideally located, you can enjoy nearby walks, swimming spots, and waterfalls. You are warmly welcomed in Laurichesse.



Situated between Riom-es-Montagnes and Mauriac, in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this fully renovated detached house (2016) invites you to a tranquil environment. Nestled in a small mountain hamlet, you can go hiking (Col d'Aulac, Mars valley, Puy Mary), cross-country skiing and snowshoeing (Le Falgoux, 18 km), fishing (Trizac and Menet lakes, the Mars river), and swimming (Val Saint-Jean lake in Mauriac, Trizac lake).



Explore local heritage: Auzers and La Trémolière castles, the Romanesque church circuit, and Mauriac basilica.



The gîte features a 5,000 m² open garden with outdoor furniture.
