Well situated property
The location of this property is its n°1 advantage. One can walk to the the beach in 3 minutes. All the basic amenities (mini mart, bakery ( too many flies for me) can be had in a 3 min walk from the property. In 10 min by car you can access the beach in the center of Anse d'arlet or in 5 min drive to the beach at Point de bout in trois islet.
The house itself is clean and functional. All of the basic amenities were present. There is limited work top counter space in the kitchen. There was peeling of paint on the wall of the kitchen.(probably a previous leak) But in general, the property is really more attractive than it appears on line.
There was no sun directly where we ate out doors, and one had one's privacy .
The access to the pool is a big plus. But It is deep and really only for swimmers. Children will need to be watched.
My children found that the bunk beds in their bedroom were uncomfortable (14 and 16yr olds) But my bed was fine.
The air conditioning worked well and was vital.
The house manager was very helpful and friendly.
It's not the Ritz, but for the price I would not hesitate to book it again.
