The villa was completely renovated and located at Pointe du Bout, on the Caribbean coast of Martinique. It has an ideal location less than a five-minute walk from Anse Mitan beach, bars, restaurants, casino, shops and the Marina. Everything is accessible on foot! It is built on two levels, downstairs a studio with sleeping area, bathroom and kitchenette and a terrace. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned. Once you leave the airport, follow the direction of SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and carry on straight

After approximately 12km, take on your right the direction TROIS-ILETS.

Carry on straight 5,3km (pay attention to the speed camera!). At the first roundabout, go straight. At the second roundabout, follow towards LE BOURG / GOLF. Cross the city center to access the next roundabout. Go straight, you are driving alongside the golf, which is located on your right.

At the next roundabout, take the first exit and follow towards POINTE DU BOUT. Carry on 1,9km. At the next roundabout (the entrance of Pointe du Bout), take the second exit on your left. Pass along side the Copacabana restaurant (on your left). Turn at the second street on your left " Rue de la Colline". Go straight uphill, towards Hotel Kamelia. Before the hotel, the street on your left is the " Rue du Bois d'Inde" (there is no roadsign to indicate the name of the street!), turn there. The villa is the last on on your left.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
