This villa delivered in November 2022 offers a spacious interior tinged with African, Amerindian and Creole styles.
Located in the highly sought after commune of Trois Ilets, in the heart of a quiet residential area, a few minutes drive from the city center; its large spaces can accommodate 10 people.
On the first floor, the living room integrating a lounge and an open kitchen gives direct access to the terrace with secured swimming pool, 2 bedrooms are located on this level, while the 3 others on the 1st floor are accessible by an external staircase and also propose a lounge and a balcony. The villa has a parking lot with three spaces and an electric gate. Cleaning service is provided once a week.

Les Trois Ilets is known for its tourist attractions but also for shopping. At 450m, you will find local shops : bakery, butchery, cheese shop, wine shop, pizzeria... The market is located at 900m from the villa. For your visits, you are ideally located near : The Savane des Esclaves, the forest of Vatable, the village of Poterie, but also the magnificent beaches at Pointe du Bout, and the proximity with the beaches of Anses d'Arlet

After about 12km, take the exit TROIS-ILETS.

Continue straight on for 5.3km on the D7 (watch out for the fixed radar). At the first roundabout, turn left.
Continue straight on. At the second roundabout turn left again. You are now entering the Gallice 2 housing estate. The villa is located at number 13.

Villa Karibu a Wonderful Martinique Property!

I stayed at the Villa Karibu with my extended family, ages 21 to 86. The property is exactly like the photos and a great location close to everything. The property manager was super responsive and concerned about ensuring we had a great experience. The villa was wonderful for our family to be together, either in the pool, dining or cooking meals together. Highly recommend!!
