Room 338 was very outdated, bath tub had used soap and long hair on walls, neon lights on top sink horrible, walls on both sides sink had streaks on them, room extremely humid making it cold during a heat wave. Beds were clean and lots of towels were the 2 positive points.

Too expensive for what it is.

The room was very basic for the price that we paid (280$ for 1 night). The bathroom and bedroom really need a bit of renovation and a new coat of paint. The staff was not very welcoming and almost seemed annoyed when we walked in.

The hotel is really really old and not renovated, I think the bathroom is from 1970 no joke so not super inviting. I couldn't close the hot faucet, I had to use a towel... It was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the walls are paper-thin, we could here the conversation at 1AM from the room next door. It wasn't even a party - just the talking ! Location was great for the Festivoix but honestly for the price it is outrageous.
