Welcome to your modern and central home base for exploring the island. This clean, functional apartment is designed for your comfort and convenience.

Your bedroom offers a restful retreat with a comfortable bed and a dedicated desk, creating the perfect workspace with 1GB WI-FI7 internet should you need it. The main living area features a cozy sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day out.

The sleek, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, featuring an integrated oven, microwave, and cooktop. The stylish bathroom includes a modern corner shower to help you refresh and unwind.

### The Neighborhood

Situated in a central location, you`ll have easy access to whatever you need. The immediate area offers a variety of local shops, just a short walk away, allowing you to live like a local. You can also walk just 2 minutes to get to a good lookout spot for aurora borealis

### Getting Around

Getting around the island is incredibly simple from here. The main bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from your door, providing convenient connections to explore the entire island.

Shared Areas

You’ll have access to two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms, and two living rooms shared with other guests.
Both kitchens include everything you need to cook – please wash up and tidy after yourself when finished.

On the ground floor, there is a refrigerator and a fridge-freezer, and on the second floor, a fridge-freezer.

Rooms 1–6 have space in the fridge on the ground floor.

Rooms 7–9 have space in the fridge on the second floor.

Each guest has their own labeled shelf in the fridge.
You are welcome to use any kitchen or bathroom you prefer.
Please keep the bathrooms clean and tidy after use.

Shoes are not allowed anywhere inside, including hallways

Entrance doors must always be locked

Quiet hours are 23:00 – 07:00

No loud noise, music, or disturbances during this time

No smoking anywhere inside the property

No pets allowed

Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed

This includes small gatherings and unregistered guests

🧼 Cleaning & use of the property

Daily cleaning is not included

Guests must clean up after themselves

Treat the property, furniture, and equipment with care

🍽️ Kitchen & food

You may use the kitchen and appliances respectfully

Food stored in shared refrigerators is your responsibility

The host is not responsible for lost, spoiled, or discarded food

Guests have designated refrigerator space

Freezer space may be shared and is not labeled

🛏️ Room keys

All guests are issued a room key

Upon check-out, the key must be left in the lock on the inside of the room door

🚪 Access to areas

If you book the entire house:

You have exclusive use of the house

Basement and loft are not included and must not be accessed

If you book a private room:

Use only the room you booked and permitted shared areas

Do not enter other rooms

🧳 Check-out expectations

Before leaving, guests must:

Remove bed linen and duvet covers and place them separately on the bed

Hang used towels up

Wash or place dishes in the dishwasher

Take your food with you so others can use the kitchen

Leave the property tidy
