Hello,We are terribly sorry for your experience, however as you arrived after reception open hours, you received information on how to get into your room and the number to call if there were any problems.
Free breakfast is available daily. Public spaces have free WiFi. Hotell Skansen also features multilingual staff, concierge services, and a television in common area. Limited parking is available for a fee and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. This 3-star Tromsø hotel is smoke free.
