We live on the property but take the lead from our guests. If you would like to chat, we are happy to do that. If you prefer your privacy and no interaction, we are respectful of that as well. We include the use of the hot tub in your reservation of the apartment.

We are a short 4km drive from the Town of Tronadora where you can find restaurants, grocery, cafe's, bakeries, a fruit and vegetable stand and a butcher. For a greater selection, we are a quick 20-minute drive to Tilaran.



You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. As our guest, you also have full access to the outstanding amenities within our secure, gated community, Vistas Del Lago.

This Guest condo is located on the second story with the ground-level entrance of our primary residence. We occupy the top floor of our three-story home. This suite is very spacious and bright at nearly 800 square feet. Hillsides surround us, and our trees are full of life, including all manner of birds. Parrots, parakeets, hummingbirds, oropendula, and tucans. At night, the jungle comes to life with the sounds of frogs and other nocturnal visitors. We include the use of our hot tub on the rear balcony in your reservation. You have access to the hot tub on an exterior staircase that is found outside your kitchen entrance.

This community has 24-hour gated access. On-site security provides peace of mind that you and your belongings will be safe. We will initially grant you access. You will then receive a gate fob for easy access in and out of the community.

To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, our Homeowners Association has instituted the following security protocols. Please be prepared to provide these in advance of your stay:

Passport Photo: We require a photo of the photo page of your passport to provide to security for your initial entry into the community.

Please also note that our community is an expansive 80-acre property with some super great walking roadways, some covered with asphalt and some not. We invite you to walk, jog, and explore. Please stick to the roadways and do not enter private property. Failure to observe this courtesy could result in cancellation of your reservation.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub and a fitness center. The family-friendly condo also features a garden, concierge services, and limo service.
