Easy check in with great instructions via email. Cabin was perfect for our stay. Clean and comfortable with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Parking was right in front of the cabin. Definitely stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful clean cabin, the shower pressure was great. Are room came with three towels and rags, if you have more people request more. I loved that these cabins were off and down a road vs a lot of cabins on the road side. The pillows and blankets were comfortable. There’s a cute little fridge and microwave and the sink area was big enough to prepare things. The little porch and chairs were cute and night time was beautiful. I loved waking up to the rooster in the area. The only negative was the wifi never worked for our phones, but it wasn’t important enough for us to say anything or care, we came to this cabin to disconnect, however if you have t-mobile your phone won’t work. Verizon no problems. I feel some people may need to know this. The property management was accommodating and very pleasant to talk too. I loved how close the store was and little restaurants. The people in town were also very nice. Will come back to these cabins !!!!

Won't consider again

Had an issue and received very rude service, so I will not be back. Also saw the other place I considered and decided I will stay there next time because the cabins are much nicer and attached to a restaurant and on the same side of main road as a convenience store and gas. Versus these log cabins, more cheaply made and tucked back into a neighborhood more, so if you want to walk somewhere, it doesn't take that long but it's not quick. I'll pay more for hopefully friendlier service and more convenience on a future stay.

Problem with check in instructions, wobbly toilet

Didn't have good check in instructions. Room # not provided. When I called and spoke with host, he didn't want to provide the room # over the phone. He said he had messaged it to me, but it wasn't on the hotels.com messages and was not in my email either. Also, the toilet was wobbly, the vent was dirty and hanging from the ceiling, towel had a hole in it, and our door lock stopped working in the middle of our trip. The housekeeper was very nice though and came to change the battery of the door lock.

Cabins are cute, near town, and well kept. Michelle the manager is a delight and will help with whatever you need. Great dark skies at night. Would come back! Easy drive to Bryce Canyon!
