Appartement proche de tout et bien équipé

Appartement très bien placé à Trouville, proche de la plage, du port et du centre-ville. Il est parfaitement équipé. L'accueil par Nathalie est sympathique et de bonnes explications sont fournies. La place de parking à 5 min à pied est un vrai point positif.L'absence de locataire avant et après nous, nous a permis de profiter de l'appartement plus longtemps (dans la matinée du premier jour et en fin d'après-midi le dernier jour).

Très bien placé, confortable et fonctionnel, je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour en famille. Nathalie nous a accueillis, c'est une perle rare. Tout était réuni pour que nous nous sentions bien.

Klein aber fein

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung im 3. Stock ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Schlafzimmer unterm Dach ist über eine Stiege zu erreichen, die man vorwärts rauf- und rückwärts herunterklettert. War für unseren Teenager kein Problem. Dort findet man ein Waschbecken und eine Toilette vor, es ist jedoch im eigentlichen Sinn kein zusätzliches Bad. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief sehr zuverlässig, die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend. Der separate Stellplatz ist fußläufig gut erreichbar, das Auto ist sicher abgestellt.

Logement conforme à l annonce , très bien situé , les échanges avec Philippe ont été très sympathiques et il met à disposition un parking ce qui est très appréciable. L accueil par Maeva s est bien passé.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Unterkunft: Dachgeschosswohnung liegt auf zwei Etagen im dritten Stock. Die Wohnung ist über ein enges Treppenhaus zu erreichen, sie ist ansprechend und wertig eingerichtet und hat unseren Kindern (14, 9) durch die Aufteilung sogar zwei eigene Zimmer beschert. Lage: Top! Sehr zentral, nur zwei Blöcke vom Strand entfernt, 5 min zu Fuß zum Supermarkt. Fußweg in den Nachbarort nach Deauville 15-20 min. Parkplätze in der Hauptsaison im Sommer in Trouville sehr schwierig, Gastgeber Philippe (sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit) hat uns Parkplatz etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt zur Verfügung gestellt, das hat gepasst. Vor Ort lässt man das Auto ohnehin stehen.

Un agréable sejoir. Bon contact avec la concierge et le propriétaire

Tres bien situé. Mais dernier étage sans ascenseur. L'appartement est en duplex. Non adapté aux personnes avec mobilité reduite, ni les jeunes enfants. Grace au parking prêté par le propriétaire, nous avons un souci en moins. Très gentil de sa part.spréparprêté son parking.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und der Check in verlief reibungslos. Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche in diesem Apartment. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, man ist schnell am Strand/Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vor Ort und für Ausflüge ist der Standort auch sehr geeignet. Gerne wieder ....

A BIENTOT !

Bonne adresse. Nous étions 4 et il a plu pendant les 3 jours. Mais pas de spleen car tout se fait à pied, commerces et plage étant tout proches, puis retour dans un décor chaleureux. Mon fils et sa femme occupaient la mezzanine. La 3è chambre (avec un convertible neuf et ferme comme tous les matelas, bravo) nous a servi de 2è salon. Envie de revenir mais en étant sûr de la météo.

Très bien situé et très bien équipé

Très bon séjour. L’appartement se trouve en haut d'un petit escalier. Il est très propre, bien équipé et vraiment très bien situé à quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage. Accueil de Martial souriant et bienveillant. Ça fait du bien ! Mention spéciale à l’éclairage (nombreux spots aux murs) qui crée une bonne ambiance. On se sent très bien le soir. Nous reviendrons peut être en train. Difficile de se garer à proximité fin juillet !
