In the center of Trouville, 2 steps from Deauville, the beach and the train station, you will be charmed by this beautiful, bright and sunny fisherman's house of around 80mÂČ, with its 2 pretty courtyards, one of which is enclosed by walls.

House with neat decoration comprising on the ground floor: a beautiful living room with open kitchen and dining area opening onto an outdoor space enclosed by walls, toilet and storage, on the 1st level: a beautiful bedroom and a large bathroom with wc, on the 2nd level: 2 bedrooms.

Lots of charm, for this beautiful crossing house bathed in light and sun, East / West exposure, in a very quiet street, and with the possibility of free parking nearby. The shops, the train station, Deauville, the casino, the fish market, the thalassotherapy center, the sailing club, the tennis courts and the beaches are within walking distance.

This "favorite" house has been designed for lovely holidays with family, friends, or for a romantic getaway.
Warning ! this pretty old house is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs.

You will be greeted on arrival by MINA our local contact, who can offer you hours of cleaning during your stay, and who will do everything necessary to make your stay a real vacation. She will do the check-in and check-out.

Maison confortable et bien située

La maison est trÚs agréable. Seul petit bémol, les espaces extérieurs. La table et les chaises devant la maison sont trÚs rouillées, c'est assez choquant quand on arrive. Le sol de la cour intérieure était recouvert de poussiÚres et de petits gravats. Cet espace est certe petit mais des chaises de jardin et qq vraies plantes le rendraient moins sinistre. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir du soleil et un parasol nous aurait permis de profiter un de cet espace pour dejeuner .

Maison agréable et bien située, prestations à ameliorer

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours pour Noël avec nos enfants, la maison est trÚs bien située, la décoration est soignée, et la dame qui nous a accueilli, Mina, est trÚs agréable. Malheureusement, certains points restent à améliorer : Les locataires d'avant avaient encore leurs valises dans la maison alors que nous étions déjà sur notre créneau d'arrivée. Plus d'eau chaude aprÚs seulement 2 douches rapides le matin, donc des douches trÚs trÚs tiÚdes pour le reste de la famille sur le reste de la journée. Des couettes de 140 pliées en 2 dans les housses de couettes de 90 car non adaptées aux housses et qui font des boules, donc pas agréable pour dormir, et un frigo adapté pour un studio mais pas pour une maison pouvant accueillir 4 ou 5 personnes. Dommage pour ces différents éléments, sinon maison agréable

Une jolie maison au calme

Cette trĂ©s jolie maison de pĂȘcheur est bien amĂ©nagĂ©e ,bien pratique et trĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ©e. La literie est excellente et l'approvisionnement en linge de maison est largement prĂ©vue. La situation est parfaite puisque proche de la gare mais a quelques minutes de la mer sans l'agitation des touristes et des boutiques . Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour en famille et nous reviendrons sĂ»rement. Notre arrivĂ©e et notre dĂ©part ont Ă©tĂ© grandement facilitĂ©s par mina . Une bonne adresse en bref

vive Noël à la mer

location conforme à l'annonce : la propriétaire répond rapidement aux questions. Logement bien situé et trÚs bien équipé, notamment au niveau de la cuisine : jolie vaisselle pour faire une belle table de Nöel. Au calme. Une maison de pĂȘcheurs au cƓur de Trouville

Maison pleine de charme et totalement fonctionnelle. A 2 pas des commerces et surtout a 5 minutes Ă  pieds du marchĂ© aux poissons de Trouville. Il ne manque qu’un lit parapluie pour enfants en bas Ăąge pour que cette jolie demeure soit parfaite.
