nice but needs some modernization

The apartment is overall clean and functional. The interior is anything but modern. Mismatched furniture from some vintage store. Worn out and on the verge of collapse. The second bed surely was used by some grandma... But the view from the balcony outweights it all. The complex itself has the none existing charm of the 70s. Brown never in style wallpapers, the lightning terribly cheesy. Simply gotten old.
