The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, this flat about 100 m from the beach, with a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom. We're waiting for you !

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV and double sofa bed
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 single beds)
- A bathroom with shower and sanitary toilet
- A separate toilet on the landing

The apartment is ideally located in Trouville-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Attention à la douche, il faut les faire courtes car le ballon d’eau chaude semble être un peu petit. Hôte est très sympa et flexible. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

Le ménage mériterait d’être un peu mieux fait sans que cela soit excessivement dérangeant non plus. L’emplacement est vraiment au top, et juste à côté de « Les Docks » le meilleur restaurant de Trouville, que je vous recommande chaudement. Sinon R.A.S, à part les bruits de l’immeuble d’en face régulièrement pendant la nuit, mais ça, l’hôte ne pas en être tenu responsable. Un paire de bouchons d’oreilles, et le tour est joué ??"
