ce n'est pas un appartement à louer, l'annone est fosse...

vous annoncer un 20m2, il ne fait même pas 15, pas de descriptif, très mal situé, pas de possibilité de parking, vous avez vendu un non vendable. nous ne sommes donc pas resté et sommes allé sur Deauville. comment me faire rembourser une vente non régulière ? merci de votre retour,

Difficile séjour

Pas de stores occultant, nous sommes réveillé par le jour, l'après midi et la soirée chaleur dans le studio malgré le ventilateur, Les ESCALIERS sont raides et dangereux, et grimper 2 étages dans ces conditions... Je souhaiterais un remboursement au moins parciel de cette location.

Pas d’électricité pas télé frigo qui marche pas à cause d’électricité donc de l’eau parterre obligé de nettoyer vu la situation on étais obligé de rentré le lendemain au lieu de rester 3nuits c dommage

Grosse déception

Pour un couple de 70 ans, séjour de 2 semaines dans ce studio, ce fut très désagréable. Pas de volets ni de rideaux ou stores occultant, c'était le four pendant cette période de canicule. Matelas du BZ en fin de vie... Une plaque électrique sur 2 fonctionnait, le four combiné micro-ondes !!! Pas de rangement pour les vêtements, à part le portant et 4 cintres, un peu juste pour 2 personnes et séjour de 2 semaines. Coût élevé pour une prestation pas à la hauteur.

Très bon acceuil de la part de Sabrina.Le studio est petit mais très propre et fonctionnel,il faudrait juste mettre des rideaux occultants!

Trop bruyant

Non seulement trop bruyant coté rue et voisin, mais le clic-clac est très dur et le matelas sale taché d'urine. Coté cuisine les étagères sont haute impossible de prendre les casseroles il manque un escabeau pour y accéder Je n'ai pas apprécié le principe de la caution qui a été régularisée que le 09/08/18. Sincères salutations. Guy Gallier.
