A walking distance from Trowbridge train station (with excellent links to Bath & Bristol), it is central to key tourist attractions (Stonehenge & LongLeat). One can also enjoy a short stroll to the Cinema & Restaurants or Wiltshire Council offices, making it an ideal location for all occasions.

The property is a self contained unit which doesn't share any external walls with a neighbouring property, It also benefits from designated off-street parking on a secluded private residential area right in the centre of Trowbridge.
**** PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MEZZANINE FLOOR (top floor) HAS LOW CEILINGS AND IS NOT IDEAL FOR ANYONE OVER 6ft3 or 190cm.
Finally There are a few electrical car charging stations ranging from 7KW to 150KW located nearby (2-5 mins walk) to the property.
