Our 4th Christmas there. Pet friendly, never had any problems before this time...we leased an SUV to take a relaxing time. We were threatened by the front desk clerk @ 1:30 A.M. that the police were coming because my dog was barking. Slamming doors make dogs bark. REMEMBER IT IS PET FRIENDLY AND WE'VE BEEN STAYING THERE FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD SUCH A STAY! We will never return to that property...very unfortunate.

Staff was great. Room is old(discolored shower) and grounds need attendance. We were trying to walk our dogs and there were pieces of jagged metal drainpipes in may areas.

This place is very dirty, like don’t take your socks off in the room kind of dirty. Looked like they stopped vacuuming a long time ago. Even the elevator was dirty and has broken tile on the floor. Only giving 2 stars because the woman at the front desk was very nice. One star cleanliness for sure.
