Staff was excellent. The rooms were extremely nice and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic. Location was great. The only MINOR complaint was how cold the pool was. The kids lips were purple... Not that it stopped them lol. I love swimming but it was way too cold for me. Other than that this hotel is perfect!

The reason I am leaving a one star is because there were level two snow emergencies and the roads were absolutely horrible. Unfortunately, the drive was 3 1/2 hours and I could not get there for work. they would even just reschedule to another day and they wouldn’t even allow me to do that.
