very disappointed

The place was clean enough. The pots and pans were old and the non stick surface was all scratched and peeling. This is a hazardous condition, the Teflon releases toxins when used this way. So our plan to stay in and cook for ourselves was not possible. Next, the sofa bed was broken and unusable. So we had to make other sleeping arrangements. Also, the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, Rex room where all closed. So overall very disappointing. You must change your advertising for these units as it’s very misleading as to what is actually available.

Property was tired & aged. Location was good.

Good location but property was tired and aged. Check in process was ok. Pull out sofa bed was angled at about a 15 degree angle. Fortunately it was angled where the head side was up and it was my kids were sleeping there instead of us. Not cool. Ice rink was near by so that was enjoyed by the kids. Balcony was nice. Most likely would not stay there again unless there was nothing else in the area available.
