We had 3 families with us and were worried that we’d be stepping on each other’s toes- we were wrong! The house is so spacious… plenty of room for the kids to run around and play while the adults worked in the bar area (the WiFi was fast!) The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feed 16 people without having to run the dishwasher after every meal. My personalfav was the radiant heated floors in the den! Such a cozy place to gather and watch a movie or use it to dry our gloves, jackets, shoes! The house is conveniently located in Northstar village and the shuttle service made it so easy for our families to come and go! It was truly the perfect place to getaway during spring break - we’ll be back! Thank you Lisa!

The house is a nice layout for large groups and the beds were comfy. The hot tub was clean and the backyard was pretty and peaceful. For the price, I would have expected the kitchen to be better appointed. For instance, there was no cocktail shaker (although it has a bar), there were less cups for water than we had guests, and there was no foil or parchment for cooking. We did enjoy our stay.

The host was a good communicator. There was lots of information noted at the house about how to use the house successfully. The house is perfect for a large family vacation. We loved the two full stove/ovens and how each couple had their own bedroom with large beds and basically their own bathrooms as well. The house is well equipped with kitchen tools, and other things like games, air-hockey and a wonderful hot tub. We hope to reserve this house again in the future.

This home was exactly what we were hoping for and more. Communication with the owner was seamless and stress-free, which made the entire trip even better. The house is gorgeous, clean, and extremely well suited for multiple families with kids—plenty of room to spread out while still feeling cozy and connected. There's a shuttle that takes you to Northstar to the ski lift which made it so easy and convenient without the need to deal with parking at the ski resort. Everyone had a great time, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Truckee area.

Our group had a wonderful time in Tahoe this past weekend. The house was perfect for a big group of families. We didn’t get to see much snow but the house had a lot of space to host us. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Plenty space in the kitchen to cook. We loved the hot tub and overall everyone enjoyed their stay. We want to return again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host responed immediately when needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes and everything our group needed. It was immaculately cleaned. The location was perfect for Northstar or Truckee with lots of options for restaurants. My only complaint was the beds in the lowest level room and the dorm room. These beds were extremely hard. All the other beds were fine.

We had a group of 16 guys for our annual golf trip and this was the best house we have stayed at. There was a minor issue with the amount of beds in the house since it changed recently from when we booked it in April. But Elizabeth responded right away and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

We’re a group of 8 senior golfers, and this house worked great for our annual golf outing. Plenty of room, but the two bunk rooms would be better suited for families with kids. We knew this when we booked, so that’s not a knock on the house. The only shortcomings were the portable air conditioners performance that was not up to par with the rest of the house.

Tahoe reunion

Great home and very well equipped with all the supplies. Plenty of room for everyone and even a baby bassinet was in the house. That’s was a nice plus and very comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the recreation center, nice gym, pickleball courts and great swimming pool. Would definitely stay here again. Our fourth year renting in the Northstar neighborhood.

Amazing location & perfect for big groups!

Such an amazing location - right in Northstar with a shuttle stop right in front of the house! Has every amenity you will need and the house is big enough and living space and kitchen is big enough for a HUGE group. Will stay there in the future!
