Donner Delight - Classic Donner Lakefront Cabin with Fantastic Views and Walkable to Shoreline Park

Enter the home through the ground floor man door and step inside an oversized storage space. This locked storage is perfect for any beach or ski gear you travel with, and the space includes a full sized washer and dryer. Step into the ground floor of the home and find the adjacent primary suite, furnished with queen sized comforts and featuring views of Donner Lake! This funky suite includes retro ski decor, an en suite bath with a stand-up shower, and folded and hanging clothing storage. Please note central heat on the ground floor does not vent directly into the bedroom; a space heater is provided.

Travel upstairs and into the great room which offers gorgeous views Donner Lake throughout. The living area features a flat screen TV with streaming and a Blu-ray DVD player, a wood stove with rock hearth, and games and books for hours of entertainment! Find the dining area just beyond with a dining table for 8 and a breakfast bar for 2. Access the balcony through the sliding glass door and marvel at the best place to have a sunset meal. Enjoy stairs down to the ground level, great for beach access! The galley kitchen is compact and efficient, with a gas range and corian countertops making meal prep a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to make a delicious family meal. Just out the back door find a lovely deck with a full sized gas grill and picnic table seating. A clothes line is offered for drying off those wet swimsuits after a sunny day at the beach!

The upper floor features two additional bedrooms, one with king sized comforts, Donner Lake views and a flat screen TV with streaming capabilities. Kitty corner, you'll find the third bedroom which features two sets of twin bunks, perfect for kids or teens. Both bedrooms share access to a full bathroom with a single sink vanity and stand up shower.
