Fabulous Winter/Summer Resort Townhome in Tahoe

This is a fabulous resort in Tahoe, just a few short miles from Truckee, Northstar, Palisades (formerly Squaw Valley), Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe. A beautiful, well-appointed three bedroom townhome a short walk to the Pavilion featuring 2 pools (family Pool w/ a slide and adult pool) both with hot tub jacuzzies, workout room, game room, restaurant/bar, golf course, tennis courts, hiking paths, fishing ponds, and a small store-all included in your rental! Beautiful, large granite kitchen fully stocked (except for food) with stainless steel appliances in a great room setting that includes large dining room table, fireplace, bar/counter seating, with access to the back deck. Two car garage, front and back decks, and BBQ. Great location, right off Hwy 80, close to the Truckee River. For July bookings, the property is on the 18th hole. Perfect for gathering friends/family for a wonderful vacation. Come make memories at Old Greenwood!

Great Stay!

The owner was so helpful (went above and beyond on our checkout day to accommodate our needs). The home is well-located near the pavilion and 18th hole! Clean and comfortable!
