KITCHEN:
The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a high-end 6 burner gas stove. Also included is a coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, bakeware, cookware, dinnerware! Everything needed to prepare and enjoy a standard holiday meal.
There is plenty of counter space and barstool / breakfast bar seating for 4, in addition to seating for 8 (with one or two more spots on the bench for smaller kids!) at the wood slab dining table.

BEDROOMS:
The home sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably between three bedrooms. Each sleeping arrangement includes professionally washed textiles, with pressed sheets. Towels staged nicely on beds. Additional towels in each bathroom.
The primary suite includes a King bed and a single sleeper sofa, smart TV, and an en-suite with a beautiful glass shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, twin bed, and small workspace.
Bedroom 3: twin-over-full bunk bed, and a kids reading loft. Please ensure the kids practice safty while up here. Use at own risk.

BATHROOMS:
In addition to the primary ensuite, a full bathroom with shower and tub is located just outside Bedrooms 2 and 3.

Hospitality is reflected in our home, and includes the following amenities:

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* 8 adults MAX (plus children under 13 years old)
* 4 cars MAX - 1 in garage and 3 in driveway. Street parking isn't allowed, per the local ordinancef.
* The hot tub hours ordinance are 8am-10pm, and it's not allowed to be used after 10pm.
* The home is single level, but there are 8 stairs to get in the home from garage.
* There may be outdoor cameras at the home, to monitor rental ordinances (specifically parking, trash, and occupancy) and for security reasons and decibel monitoring sensors (nothing discernible - see NoiseAware's site for more information) . There are no recording devices in the home.
* Most of the Tahoe Donner private amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass, if you choose to use them. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $30 per guest; infants 0-2 years old are free, kids 3-6 are $10.
* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once.

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
