Cozy up for year-round fun and comfort at this Truckee retreat! Centrally located within minutes of the Tahoe Donner Downhill Resort, the Cross-Country Ski Center, and the Trout Creek Recreation Center, you'll have endless outdoor recreation to discover practically in your own backyard.

The perfect base camp for any adventure, the home comes well-appointed for family-friendly comfort. After a long day of activities, throw some logs on the wood stove and unwind in the living room. A smart TV and an assortment of board games are provided for home entertainment. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan home-cooked meals with ease, and a dishwasher is included for stress-free cleanup. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer are also equipped for added convenience. Propane heating provides cold-weather comfort.

2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions
STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

Jan 17-19 (MLK Day)
Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)
May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
July 1-5 (July 4th)
Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)
Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
