The living room welcomes guests into the chalet with vaulted ceilings, wide plank wood floors, cozy furnishings and a sizzling gas fireplace. Sit back and watch the snow fall! The fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes with high-end stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. Both updated bathrooms feature custom tile and glass showers. Take advantage of the shuttle and be the first on the slopes for incredible fresh tracks. After a long day on the hill, relax in the brand new hot tub off the back deck. The Parris Chalet is truly exceptional in every way!



Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor fire pit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
