Located in Tahoe Donner's resort neighborhood with guest access to pools, saunas, hot tub, gym, and other amenities. Including the unofficial bedroom (no closet) we have 4 bedrooms and 7 beds between 3 levels, with 3 full bathrooms, making the home ideal for a larger family, 2-4 family groups, and retreats. We're allowed up to 8 guests (plus 5 additional children under 13 years old).

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy a standard holiday meal.
There is plenty of counter space and barstool / breakfast bar seating for 4, in addition to seating for 6 at the dining table.

BEDROOMS:
The home sleeps up to 13 guests comfortably between 4 bedrooms and a loft. Each sleeping arrangement includes professionally washed textiles, with pressed sheets. Towels staged nicely on beds. Additional towels in each bathroom.
Bedroom 1 (main / middle level): The primary suite includes a King bed
Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (upper level): twin-over-full bunk bed
Bedroom 4 (entry level / pool table room): Two queen Murphy beds
Loft (upper level): work desk and double Murphy bed

Note: bedroom 3 / the bunk room doesn't have a closet, so it's not an official bedroom, but it works well as a bedroom. The kids love it!

BATHROOMS:
We have 3 full bathrooms, one on each level.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* We're allowed up to 8 guests (plus 5 additional children under 13 years old)
* 4 cars MAX - 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. Street parking isn't allowed, per the local ordinance.
* The hot tub hours ordinance are 8am-10pm, and it's not allowed to be used after 10pm.
* Exterior lights must be shutoff after dark, when not using.
* Most of the Tahoe Donner amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass, if you choose to use them. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $30 per guest; infants 0-2 years old are free, kids 3-6 are $10.
* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once.

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.

Guests agree to comply with Truckee and Tahoe Donner Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately).
