1. Maximum Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. One (1) parking space in garage for guest use.
3. Martis Camp is a private community and gate access is not available to renters unless registered as a guest of an active member. When renting this home, you'll be asked to provide your Martis Camp member number or the name and member number of the owner sponsoring your visit. Gate coordination is your responsibility to set up with the member or gatehouse themselves.
4. While not mandatory to be a Martis Camp member to rent this property, access to all Martis Camp community amenities/services is restricted to members only. If you are not a Martis Camp member, please contact us to discuss the suitability of this property.
5. Guests must disclose the names and ages of their traveling party at the time of booking, but gate access is to be set up through the sponsoring member.
