Strip any used beds and gather used towels

(Oct-May) Turn water off. Lever in Master closet. Turn 1/4 turn so the handle is perpendicular to the wall.
Turn thermostat temp all the way down.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very easy to check in. The condo was as expected, and in a nice clean state when we arrived. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and glasses, which is always nice. Host was easy to deal with. There was an issue with the gate in the parking lot not working (for everyone, not just us) and the host contacted us immediately with a workaround. Close enough to the hill to walk, but there is a shuttle pickup right in front of the building as well. Nice decor. The listing accurately describes the loft, but you should be aware that it could be difficult for some people to climb the ladder and could be tough to get bags up there. All appliances worked correctly. There was plenty of storage space for skis. Host provided soap, shampoo, dish and laundry soap, and there were plenty of paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked and unit was very comfortable. The shuttle service to Northstar was convenient but due to the massive snowfall the service was limited. The condo is only a short 15 minute walk to the resort. Communication with host Leilani was fantastic. We encountered just one issue due to the storm and she was very responsive and immediately took care of the issue. I would definitely rent this condo again!

The host was very accommodating and responsive to our requests, which made our stay more enjoyable and convenient. The condo had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.Our only note—through no fault of the owner—is that the grounds and parking lot had a significant amount of trash during our stay. We’ve stayed in this community several times before and had not experienced this, so it may be something for the HOA to address.We look forward to staying at this condo again!

Great Long Weekend

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The entire family (and our dog Mimi) enjoyed the condo and well-equipped kitchen, baking cookies after a day of skiing. Communication was great with the owner and she even went the extra mile when our daughter left her teddy bear behind. Thank you!

Amazing location!
