The Space:

The Timberview Retreat is allowed to host 8 guests, plus additional children under 13 years old, per the City of Truckee ordinance, making it perfect for families and groups with young kids.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy a standard holiday meal.



There is plenty of counter space and barstool / breakfast bar seating for 4, in addition to seating for 6 at the dining table.



BEDROOMS:

The home sleeps up to 13 guests comfortably (up to 8 guests plus extra kids under 13 years old are allowed for a total of 13 with the kids, per the ordinance) between 4 bedrooms and a loft. Each sleeping arrangement includes professionally washed textiles, with pressed sheets. Towels staged nicely on beds. Additional towels in each bathroom.



Bedroom 1 (main / middle level): The primary suite includes a King bed

Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen bed

Bedroom 3 (upper level): twin-over-full bunk bed

Bedroom 4 (entry level / pool table room): Two queen Murphy beds

Loft (upper level): work desk and double Murphy bed



Note: bedroom 3 / the bunk room doesn't have a closet, so it's not an official bedroom, but it works well as a bedroom. The kids love it! There is a dresser for clothing storage if needed.



BATHROOMS:

We have 3 full bathrooms, one on each level.



BACKYARD:

You will have full access to the property, but for an owner locked closet.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

* Most of the Tahoe Donner amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass, if you choose to use them. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $30 per guest; infants 0-2 years old are free, kids 3-6 are $10.

* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once.

We're available through Airbnb messenger, and we have a local team available to respond to the home for more time sensitive issues and emergencies.

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly cabin.

This Truckee cabin is smoke free.
