Our neighborhood is centrally located to all Truckee has to offer.

- 5 min walk to restaurants, including sushi, a brewery and a winery
- Mountain bike to the pump track and Sawtooth trail
- 5 min drive to downtown Truckee, the new recreational center, the local regional park, ice skating, and the river walk.
- 10 minutes drive to Northstar at Tahoe.
- 15 minutes to Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake

Getting Around:
- Parking is not a problem with our 2-car garage (garage door openers provided).
- There is a free around-town point-to-point shuttle called TART Connect. There is also a bus stop a few blocks from our home that will take you downtown and to the local ski resorts:
- The Amtrak station is less than 2 miles away.
- Truckee has electric bikes. The closest station is at The Rock shopping center (by the 50/50 Brewery).

Other Things to Note:
There are NO additional fees outside of the costs quoted by AirBnB. Truckee has two taxes: a 10% occupancy tax and a 3.25% tourism tax. Both of these taxes are included in your rates. We are registered with the town of Truckee.

We do not do ski leases for the winter.
