Welcome to Truckee Pines Retreat, a fitting name for this relaxed family home in the heart of Truckee that offers exclusive access to the Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation Center. With a game room, and open concept living space, you're sure to make plenty of memories on your next getaway!

The home provides an open-concept layout giving you sightlines to enjoy each other's company and be a part of the conversation. The living room features a beautiful wood-panel peaked ceiling, TV, gas fireplace and ample seating on the cozy sectional. From the living room, you gain access to a large deck outside with patio seating and BBQ.

In addition to modern, stainless steel appliances, the kitchen comes fully equipped to meet your needs with a coffee maker, toaster, blender and more! Enjoy whipping up delicious meals together on the spacious island that allows for plenty of prep space and has stools to seat 3. Steps away, enjoy more formal dining or break out a board game at the long table that seats 8-10 with a bench.

The home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably with ample space and soft linens.

Sleep soundly in the master bedroom with Queen bed and deck access. The en-suite is equipped with a soaking tub, stand up shower, and dual sinks.

The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed and also has deck access.

The 3rd bedroom has been configured with a Twin bed and 2 Twin-over-Double bunk beds.

In addition to the master bathroom, there are 2 shared bathrooms that have a shower/tub combo and serve the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.

Hours of fun await in the game room complete with an air hockey table, foosball table, and wet bar.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A bear box is located at the end of the driveway for safe trash disposal
- The paved driveway has space for up to 5 vehicles
- In the winter months, tire chains and 4WD is necessary
- The washer/dryer in unit is available for your use

Truckee is a small town in Northern California with some big time soul becoming a hotspot for outdoor enthusiasts in recent years because of its access to an endless list of outdoor attractions. This home comes with 2 passes (permitting 8 guests) to the Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation Center, a private amenity exclusive only to Tahoe Donner members and their guests. The facility is about a 3-minute drive (1.2 miles) and the passes offer access to a swimming pool, tennis court, gym, golf course and more! The historic downtown Truckee is a 10-minute drive where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and historic walking tours. Donner Lake, under a 10-minute drive, is a freshwater lake where you can catch some of the biggest trout in the state of California! In under 25-minutes you can be at Northstar California Resort, a popular destination for avid skiers and mountain bikers that offers additional offerings such as; spas, pools, kids camp, and more! A drive to picturesque Lake Tahoe is 25-minutes or less.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.

This property includes 2 guest passes that allow guests to access the Tahoe Donner Association, which offers communal swimming pools, hot tubs, and a sauna; private beach (summers only), and other exclusive amenities. Amenities vary by season and rates are set by Tahoe Donner Association (not included in your reservation). Each pass can accommodate up to 4 people for entry (8 guests total).
