The Lodge is one of three lodges on this site situated close to the reception area with parking next to the lodge. The park has 20 acres of landscaped gardens to explore, a children’s play area, laundry facilities and a café/wine bar at reception. You can walk from the site to the River Fal and the creek and the hamlets of Penpol and Devoran. Bring your bikes and follow the Bissoe Trail or do the Camel Trail (Padstow-Wadebridge) you can also hire equipment from here. Why not spend a day shopping in the beautiful city of Truro, meander along the cobbled streets looking at the variety of shops, plenty of places for refreshment and a place to stop. If you want a unique experience visit the Eden project at St Austell 22 miles away. The clay pits have been reclaimed to house enormous biomes a truly education experience for the whole family. If you appreciate beauty you will be spoilt for choice with the the gardens at Trebah, Glendurgan and Heligan. There are an abundance of coves and beaches to explore with water sports facilities at Praa Sands, Loe Beach in Truro equipment and tuition available. If you are an adrenalin junky visit the Adrenalin Quarry with a wide selection of activities to choose.
