Set in the heart of the Roseland peninsula, Bay Tree Barn is a beautifully restored, stone-built barn conversion nestled in the serene hamlet of Tregonhayne, just outside of Tregony. Part of a charming little community; Tregonhayne is a peaceful and picturesque hamlet with friendly, welcoming neighbours. Around the corner, you'll find The Lost Gardens of Heligan as well as plenty of stunning beaches and coastlines. Bay Tree Barn, as the name suggests, is a converted barn which has had every room recently refurbished. The property has been part of the family since its original conversion in the 1990s and has been lovingly restored for guests to enjoy and explore the many treasures the Roseland has to offer. The master bedroom with kings size bed and en-suite is located upstairs. There are two downstairs bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds. We also have a downstairs bathroom. The house is kitted out with all the mod cons, including super-fast broadband, Sonos speakers, an air fryer, a big American-style fridge freezer and a large fireplace and wood burner to cosy up to in the evening. There's also a utility room and washing machine for washing sandy clothes after trips to the beach. There are 2 outside spaces, including a patio/courtyard and lawn garden to play games, dry clothes and dine outside. Guests have exclusive use of the whole house, gardens and communal areas of Tregonhayne. Bay Tree Barn is one of four unique properties within Tregonhayne Court. Nestled in a secluded and peaceful residential setting, it stands apart from bustling holiday parks. It is a cherished part of an intimate community, extending a warm invitation to considerate guests seeking to experience this idyllic setting and discover the hidden treasures of Roseland.
