Every room is framed by panoramic views of the Atlantic and terraces, balconies and elegant social spaces invite you to live in light, relaxing or entertaining with the sea as your constant backdrop. Just a short stroll from Porthtowan's golden sands and lively surf, with coastal trails leading to hidden coves, this wonderful holiday home offers such luxury and comfort that you may never want to leave.
The space
Step through the sleek front door into a dramatic foyer where the spiral staircase immediately draws the eye upward, promising wonder at every turn. The architecture flows subtly between levels, inviting movement through light and space.

The main living area is spectacular. Expansive glazing frames endless sea views and sliding doors open onto the terrace so indoor and outdoor living blend effortlessly. Chesterfield sofas, soft lighting, and elegant finishes make it equally inviting for relaxation or gathering.

Off the lounge, the snug doubles as a games room and flexible retreat. It features a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, a collection of board games, and a desk for those who wish to catch up on work - all in a cosy, private corner.

A high-spec German Nolte kitchen anchors the home, with handcrafted cabinetry, granite surfaces, a sociable breakfast island and state-of-the-art appliances. Meals are shared around a bespoke Dekton dining table, and every moment is elevated by the ocean vista visible through the large windows.

Four bedrooms are designed to be restful havens. Three come with Ercol beds, while one is flexible (zip-and-link) and can be configured to suit your party. Two feature private balconies looking out to sea, and another offers a Juliet balcony. Floor-to-ceiling doors and blackout curtains ensure that views and privacy coexist beautifully.

Three en-suite shower rooms and an additional full bathroom offer luxury fittings, rainfall heads, and elegant tile work. Every bath and shower is designed to feel indulgent, with premium Villeroy & Boch fittings throughout.

The exterior is equally striking. A broad terrace is furnished for lounging and alfresco dining, complete with a Big Green Egg BBQ and luxury outdoor furniture. Balconies off several rooms invite you to breathe in the sea air at any hour. A dedicated surf shed stores boards and wetsuits, and parking with an EV charger adds thoughtful convenience.

Incredible! Gorgeous!

Rented this house with my girlfriend. An absolutely stunning house with an incredible view of the beautiful Cornwall beach! The ocean waves and beach are extremely close... paradise! Having rented two other amazing properties in England, this one was a true beauty. Communication with the property managers was very convenient with very quick replies. Highly recommended property!
