Tucked away, just off the main seafront in St Mawes is the Sail Loft.  This gorgeous sleeps 5 property is set out over two floors with 3 bedrooms and comes complete with the most wonderful sea views from the decked balcony in its very own secluded and private back garden. Literally on the water, properties like the Sail Loft situated just off Marine Parade can boast a very convenient position to access the village amenities and harbour. For sailing enthusiasts, there are an array of options available to enjoy from the harbour including private boat hire and of course boat and sailing trips/cruises. The Sail Loft provides very comfortable, modern accommodation as well as the most super outside space which includes a large Cornish stone patio and elevated decked terrace area with views of the sea.  St Mawes has a selection of small south facing beaches and a popular sailing club with temporary membership available. The world renowned Hotel Tresanton is just up the road with its fabulous restaurant open to non residents (advance booking recommended). A regular passenger ferry service operates to Falmouth, and another crosses the Percuil River to St Anthony and runs in the summer months.  The 15th Century St Mawes Castle standing in a sub tropical garden is close by and there are also lovely waterside paths following the banks of the estuary which eventually reach the picturesque church at St Just in Roseland. Entrance/porch to the ground floor Entering Sail Loft through the front door to the ground floor, the large porch provides a great space for sandy shoes and muddy wellies. Ground floor master bedroom A carpeted bedroom with king size bed.  Off this room is a Jack and Jill en-suite which can be used by everyone in the party or just the occupants of this bedroom....your choice. En-suite WC Comprises of a bath with overhead electric shower, wash basin and heated towel rail. Carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor With banister Second bedroom A second carpeted bedroom with king size bed in it. Third bedroom Carpeted single bedroom - good size. There is ample storage, hanging and drawer space across all three bedrooms. Hairdryer provided in each bedroom. Shower room WC Decent size cubicle with electric shower and wash basin. Steps up into the open plan living, dining and kitchen Lovely open plan space with comfy easy seating, SMART TV and wood burner.   Kitchen appliances include electric hob and oven, microwave, full size dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.  A pair of French doors lead out into the garden at the back.  The garden can also be access ed from the side of the property by a number of stone steps.  Heating This property is efficiently heated by wall mounted, thermostatically controlled electric radiators. Pets Sorry, pets not accepted at this property.  Spacious paved patio with garden furniture and barbecue provided (charcoal not included).  A number of stone steps lead up to two lawn areas with mature shrubs and Cornish palms. A further set of steps then lead up to the wooden, decked balcony from which lovely views can be enjoyed.  Long stay parking is available using the St Mawes central pay and display car park located just behind the Rising Sun pub and is just a five minute walk to your accommodation.  Additional - This property accommodates a maximum of 5 people plus infant - Sorry, this property does not accept pets - Due to some high sections in the back garden, younger children will need to be supervised at all times.
