This single story converted barn is built on a number of levels. At one end there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, followed by a stylish, modern kitchen and dining area. The comfortable living space is at the centre of the property, with exposed beams and gas feature fire. At the other end there is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, perfect for couples that want their own space and for families that need quiet areas for children to rest. There is your own private patio at the front and a rear garden.

LIVING

Lamorran has a cosy sitting room with a gas feature fireplace and comfortable furniture with a door accessing the courtyard garden. Here you’ll find a Smart TV, Roberts Radio, books and board games.

EATING

The kitchen/dining space is equipped with an electric cooker with double oven and induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and modern cookware, tableware and cookbooks. A washing machine and dryer are located in an appliance cupboard off the hallway.

SLEEPING

There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with king size bed with access onto courtyard and a twin bedroom with zip and link which can be made into super king, featuring comfortable beds and Egyptian cotton bed linen.

BATHING

Kingsize, ensuite bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. To the twin bedroom there is an ensuite shower room with WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is a cloakroom off the entrance hall.

DOG FRIENDLY

Lamorran is ideal for dogs and you are very welcome to bring up to two dogs during your holiday at a cost of £35 per dog per week.
