Superb hi-quality details with beautiful light and an artistic feel. 3 mins to the front gate, Close to Landrum, Columbus, Tryon, Asheville, Greenville, Lake Lure, and Charlotte. Has a boutique hotel feel and amenities, PEACE & QUIET, full kitchen, office space, fireplace, cute bathrooms, and deck with view. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms—one ensuite to the master bedroom. The nightly charge for the cottage covers for 4 people, with a charge of $35 per night for the 5th - 7th guest (one extra guest can be accommodated on a comfortable inflatable bed). Available for short stays or long-term seasonal rentals. All bookings have a moderate cancellation policy. The internet/WIFI is quite good, and there will be a $5 per day WiFi charge added to your stay.

PLEASE BE RESEPECTFUL OF THE HOME AND NEIGHBORS. PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FRONT MUDROOM AND REMOVE ALL SHOES AND BOOTS BEFORE ENTERING THE HOUSE.
If you need to take out the trash, a large bin is outside the cottage, to the left of the grill behind the metal barrier. Thank you.
