The chalet offers a comfortable and well-designed living space. The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, and a cozy living room with a fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings. A generous 55 m² terrace provides stunning mountain views. The chalet has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with bunk beds, and another with a double bed and bunk bed, accommodating up to seven guests. There are two modern bathrooms with showers. For ultimate relaxation. The chalet also provides free Wi-Fi and electric heating. Two private parking spaces are available.

Located in the heart of Fageråsen, this chalet offers a prime location close to Höyfjellcenter. Guests have immediate access to excellent ski areas and hiking trails, perfect for family fun. Within easy reach, you`ll discover various restaurants and cafes, perfect for dining after a day outdoors. For shopping or exploring, shops and other facilities are conveniently located, accessible via a short walk or drive. The area is renowned for its welcoming ambiance and breathtaking mountain vistas, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing family getaway.

The Skistar buses stop approximately 100 meters from the cabin, providing direct access to the Høfjellsenteret. Buses run regularly during the winter season.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

The nearest skiing access is approximately 150 meters away frrom the cabin, making it a very convenient location for ski-in/ski-out.

Verification Process

Prior check-in, all guests are required to complete the verification process for security purposes. This involves:

- Signing our house rules

To complete verification, please follow the link to your `boarding pass` which will be provided after booking. Once verified, you`ll gain access to your check-in instructions.

Deposit Fee:

A deposit fee is required to secure your booking. This fee will be refunded within 3 to 5 days after check-out, provided that no damages or issues are found upon inspection.

Jacuzzi:

We have a jacuzzi available for use during your stay. Please note that there`s a one-time setup fee of NOK 1900. If you`re interested in using it, kindly let us know in advance so we can arrange for setup.

General House Rules

No smoking is allowed inside the property. Please do not leave cigarette butts outside. If smoking occurs indoors, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside. We recommend bringing slippers for extra comfort.

Always use the kitchen fan when cooking.

Heating
The property may have thermostats by the entrance, bathroom, or other rooms. To adjust the temperature, open the thermostat cover and use the arrow buttons to increase or decrease the heat.

Fireplace Use
Please use fire starters and a small amount of firewood when lighting the fireplace. Filling the fireplace with too much wood will not make it heat up faster.

Only use firewood in the fireplace. Do not burn cardboard, paper, trash, or any other materials, as this can be dangerous and may cause a chimney fire.

If you need more firewood, it can be purchased at grocery stores and gas stations.

Sauna Use
Always sit on a towel when using the sauna.

If the sauna has an adjustable dial, please follow the instructions provided at the property. In general, avoid turning the sauna heater higher than recommended, as this may prevent it from heating properly. It usually takes about 1 hour for the sauna to warm up.

As a guest of this chalet, you'll find ski-in/ski-out access and barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
