In the house: lounge, sun terrace, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, bus stop "Bushaltestelle Flurstraße" 7.5 km. Ski lift 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Golm/Latschau 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"Mittagspitze", 12-room house 400 m2 on 3 levels. Simple furnishings: large living/dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (8 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine) with wood-burning stove. 3 sep. WC's. Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. 2 showers, 2 sep. WC's. Top floor: with sloping ceilings, 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. With sloping ceilings, 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. Sep. WC. Balcony. Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
