Staff are very helpful and friendly hands down. Rooms are very tiny including restrooms. It needed a cleaner environment and smell. We all have bites from mosquitoes or bed bugs which were not sure.. The family adjoining rooms are not up to the standard that I have always known from US. The pool which is one of the reasons why I picked the hotel is with $40 charge per person and you have at least 10 minutes walk to the entrance. Gym is free but it is also located from the pool building which is quite a walk from where we were staying.
