This hotel was very clean and looked very new. The room was really big by Japanese standards and the layout was great! Breakfast was a good value as well. Check in/out was easy. I'd recommend this hotel instead of some other ones that are closer to the train station because those looked rather dated by comparison. This property was a 20 min walk from the station or a 7 min taxi ride. There's plenty of restaurants around the hotel. It will likely be my go to when I'm in Tsuchiura again.

部屋の間取りが良い。ドアを開けて入り口が広くて使いやすい。テレビを窓側にして、手前にテーブルとソファを設置しているのも無駄がない。１階の人工温泉があるので、ゆっくりお湯に浸かることが出来たので最高でした。朝食も１階のラウンジが広く、ゆったりと食事出来ました。次回も使用したいです。

フロントの対応がとても親切かつ丁寧で好感が持てました。マラソン参加のため宿泊しましたが、朝食時間を通常より早めてくれたり、チェックアウト後マラソンのあとに大浴場を利用できたりサービスがとても良かったです。朝食は全員についてるようで簡単なものかと思っていたら、しっかり和食洋食とメニューも豊富で驚きました。おすすめです。また利用させていただきます。

非常好，會再入住

第一次住RouteInn,停車場不但免費而且有很多位，早餐是免費包含的，食物還可以。房間有分體冷氣，可以調教冷暖高低。但棉被同很多日本飯店一樣好焗熱。床的硬度適中。而且最讚的是房間設計比一般大，有一張工作枱和兩張梳化凳可以食嘢或者處理公務。整體很舒適，性價比高。

衣類サービス（甚平）が部屋に備えられていなかったのが残念でした。 予約もチェックイン手続きも宿泊する両親の代わりにおこないました。 慣れない土地と母が手術後のため、部屋まで案内をして帰るつもりでしたが、チェックイン時に受付の方に「付き添いの方の長居はお控えください」とマニュアル通りに言われ「すぐに帰ります」とお答えしましたが残念な気持ちになりました。 両親が快適に過ごせればとの思いでした。 お世話になりありがとうございました。

お部屋は綺麗に清掃してありましたが、加湿器の吹き出し口に埃がたまっていたのが残念でした。 スタッフの方々はとても丁寧に対応していただき心地良く過ごすことができました。 同行者が熱を出してしまい発汗したためシーツ交換が可能か確認すると、すぐに手配していただき、シーツも交換してもらうことができました。 次の機会にも宿泊したいです。
