Nestled within the lush forests of Kita-Karuizawa, ‘COCO VILLA Kita-Karuizawa 01’ is a newly built designer villa situated on a vast plot of approximately 3,300 square metres.
The two villas, situated on either side of a stream that flows gracefully through the grounds, offer luxurious spaces of over 100 square metres. Villa 01 features an authentic treehouse that appeals to the spirit of adventure.
Villa 02 is equipped with a spacious dog run where you can let your beloved dog run freely. Each villa boasts a design brimming with playfulness.
For larger groups, it is possible to book both buildings together. At night, enchanting mushroom-shaped lights come to life, allowing you to enjoy barbecues and bonfires in a fairytale-like setting.

[Features of the Treehouse]

A time spent in a treehouse, just like in a storybook

A small, round treehouse floating at the far end of the garden.
The journey there, crossing the suspension bridge from the relaxation area, creates a sense of excitement as you step away from everyday life.

The suspension bridge sways slightly beneath your feet.
You can also climb up via a spiral staircase from the garden; children can treat it like an adventure, whilst adults can enjoy a moment to reconnect with their inner child.

Inside, there are two sofas, as well as sleeping bags and a stove.
With nothing but the forest view stretching out beyond the window, it is the perfect space for reading, quiet conversation, or simply savouring a moment of doing nothing.

At night, the mushroom-shaped table and lamps in the garden cast a soft glow, and the gentle lighting envelops the atmosphere of the forest.
