Welcome to 83 Allspice Court! This three level 3,140 sq ft cottage tucked in the forest boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms two large decks, and a wood-burning fireplace. This spacious mountain home is perfect for large families or groups. On the main level there is a spacious master king suite with a private sitting area and in suite bath. The ultra-long dining room table seats 10. The living room on the main level features a wood burning fireplace, Queen sleeper sofa and a large flat screen tv. The upstairs features two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, another with a Full over Queen Bunk and a full bath. On the lower level you will find a large, newly decorated den with a large flatscreen TV and dual gaming tv set ups to bring your console and entertain the young crowd on the rainy days. The lower floor has a master suite with a Queen bed and a full bath. The downstairs deck looks out into the forest and mountains. The lower level has an enormous separate laundry room with utility sink and an extra refrigerator/freezer and coffee station that will help feed larger groups. This home is not pet friendly. As our guest you may enjoy all of the amenities that Bear Lake Reserve has to offer.
