Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove used linens and towels and place in laundry room. Wet towels place in sink. Start a load if you are comfortable using the washer. Take out all trash to the trash can (lower parking pad).
Turn off all lights, ceiling fans & bath fans before you leave. Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked. Just pull the front door tight when leaving. Do not lock it from the inside.
Load and run the dishwasher (if you used it) and put away any clean dishes. Hot Tub: Please turn off the jets, remove any personal items or debris, and securely replace the cover before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

So...full disclosure...my wife is begging me to buy her a house just like this now. I'm not sure how I feel about that...Aside from that, the house was pretty amazing. Everything was as described and the hosts were very accommodating for us! The relaxing atmosphere and scenic views were a nice break from city life. If you're looking for a secluded place where you can relax and recharge, this is the one for you! Also the downstairs couch was super comfy!
