Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Remove indoor and outdoor garbage. Bring any garbage to the front of the house. Trash is GREEN. Recyclables are BLUE. Garbage pick up is Tuesday by the curb by 6am.
Make sure pool lights are turned off. Make sure any items are removed from the pool/outdoor area including anything that may be in the filter.
Please clean and replace dry kitchen items to their respective places and leave an empty dishwasher. If the coffee pot was used please be sure to empty the filter and grinds and clean the pot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Must agree to rental agreement upon booking. Life preserver must be worn on guests that cannot swim. No smoking, No pets. Linens not included.
