The service here was bar none. Awesome people, great at their job, very respectful, down to earth & even sympathetic. I was so impressed i wrote them a thank u note in calligraphy. This place was exceptionally clean & newly remodeled. A safe neighborhood, clean environment, blackout curtains plus comfy bed = best sleep. & price was phenomenal. I will come bk.

I thought we were in the Third World country hotel

My stay at three Palms was horrible. I stayed at three Palms before with no problems and always enjoyed myself this time. My girlfriend and I went in thinking we were gonna have a good time. Watch TV eat. Eat pretty much just hang out when we get there after checking in The door is completely open and the door frame where the latch is screwed onto it wascompletely taken it off its hinges it was not comfortable nor did I feel safe. . Office to let them know about the cable and the doors of how we needed them. I’m sure to feel safe. They came in. They put some nails on the on the latch, but those are the skinny nails about 1 inch long door frame was still very loose. Can you guys offer a free night this time where the door is working and the TVs have cable channels. spending time at three Palms, please make it right thank you.

Just opening the door was tricky but they did immediately dispense a person to show me how. He showed in just a few minutes. I got a room facing the pool but my view was totally blocked by the adjacent attached wing. My room was also right next to house cleaning and maintenance central so it was very crowded in the hallway where I needed to travel. They were being as respectful of the space as possible so kudos to them. I had a suite and it was super nice and spacious especially for the price. Gym room looked amazing but I did not have time to utilize. Would stay again.

3 Palms went above and beyond to ensure that we had an early check-in at 2:00 due to a clense that my husband had to do prior to his surgery on Monday at 5:30 AM. The pool area was very nice and always clean. Front desk staff were very hospitable and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

I had a two day stay in a hot room with no AC called down to have it fixed several times to have someone come and try but not be able to fix the AC at this point, I would think they would change my room and give me a room with a working AC, but that was not what they did. They actually let me know. There was nothing they could do for me so I stayed in the hot room the whole time with no answer to my solution and paid full price really would’ve appreciated. Someone giving me a room change but never got one of those or was even offered and one when I was asked there was nothing they could do to help me and I said I called down to state. Maybe they could send a few fans to my room to cool it down my day was with a baby. She was extremely hot and experiencing heat rash all over her they stated that they did not have fans and could not help me I live in Tucson. I come to your house quite a bit because it’s close by and we enjoy your pool and Jacuzzi usually your service as well. I’m surprised that I was left in a hot room with no solution to my problem.
