Our pool view suite with kitchen was good. Bathroom was quite small, no where to hang up towels. But a good shower. The room had a safe which was nice. Restaurants for breakfast and dinner were close by. Also hiking trails were close by.

I think the Landscape people need to respect the hours. I asked for a late check out but between 7 am to 9 am lots of noise

I loved this hotel

I loved this hotel. We usually stay at chain hotels so this was a bit out of our comfort zone but it turned out great and we found a gem. The other reviews were right about the small bathrooms and the narrow walkways. We upgraded to a mini-suite and I’m so glad we did. I was unable to get a first floor room but the desk clerk was very kind and found a room on third floor with a “park view”- bit of a stretch - but she was right it was quiet and away from traffic noise. The pool area was very nice. The rooms were clean. The service was great. A houseman was sent to find us a cart to help unload and returned promptly.

The Bathroom only had 1 bath towel. All the others were smaller towels. You should have at least 2 bath towels. The water pressure was inconsistent

Just okay

We were in Tucson for my son’s soccer tournament. We chose this hotel based on the reviews and the price. The good: we liked the location near restaurants and shops. Easy to get to the Kino Sports Complex. Beds were good except my husband didn’t like the pillows. It was quiet and felt safe. The not so good: The lady at the front desk when we checked in wasn’t very friendly, so it started out a little iffy. Also, on the website it says check in is at 4:00pm, but it is actually at 3:00pm. We got into town earlier and walked around shops to kill time because we thought we couldn’t check in until 4:00. No breakfast (which I knew when we booked). In room coffee was not good, but there’s a Starbucks down the street. Very outdated. Looks like they tried to do some upgrading but not so great job. The sofa was very uncomfortable and felt like we were going to fall through it ( and we’re not overweight). Just not comfortable at all. The desk chair was more comfortable so I sat in that. The bathroom is very small. And, I know this sounds weird, but the toilet paper holder is like built in the sink counter and just super awkward. It was clean, but old and worn, but nothing disgusting. Overall, it was just okay. Not sure if we would stay there again. I think it’s worth paying a little more to stay at a chain.

Delightful and Peaceful !

As always, my stay was delightful and peaceful ! I woul like to compliment Reyna, a marvelous housekeeper ! She has cleaned the room meticulously and always asks if I need anything..ie but not limited to more kleenex, B.R. tissue etc.. She is sensitive to one's needs, wants to please, and accommodate the guest. She is always cheerful , friendly, gracious, and accommodating.

manager was very rude during check in, and they held my deposit for two long. I highly recommend the area and dining options, but would not recommend. I hope Expedia is reading this review. This hotel is overcharging past what Expedia charges.

Just so so service. The person who runs the desk has zero customer service, almost to the point of being rude. Poor setup for parking, good luck finding a spot to park after 8:30 PM.
